Infill deep cleaning and replacement is the most thorough step available when urine odor has soaked so far into the turf base that surface treatments alone can't resolve it anymore. Infill – the sand or granular layer beneath the fibers – absorbs urine over years of use, and once it's fully saturated, it essentially becomes a permanent odor source sitting under an otherwise clean-looking lawn. This service either deep-cleans that infill in place where possible or removes and replaces it entirely where saturation has gone too far to reverse.
You need this when enzyme treatments, neutralizers, and disinfectants have all been tried and the smell keeps returning within days, when the yard has an underlying odor even in cooler, drier weather, or when it's simply been years since the infill was addressed at all in a yard used daily by pets. This is typically the point homeowners reach after other treatments have managed the smell short-term without solving it long-term.
We start by assessing infill saturation across the yard, since some zones – usually the most concentrated pet-use areas – are often far worse than others. Where deep cleaning is viable, we use specialized extraction and treatment methods to draw saturated material up and flush it with cleaning and enzyme solutions repeatedly until odor levels drop significantly. Where saturation is too advanced for cleaning to resolve, we remove the old infill entirely and install fresh, pet-safe infill – often an antimicrobial or odor-neutralizing type – to give the yard in Beersheba Springs, TN a genuine reset rather than a temporary fix layered on top of the old problem.
Pricing depends on whether cleaning or full replacement is needed, and how much of the yard is affected – a full-yard infill replacement is a bigger job than deep-cleaning one or two concentrated hot spots, and we'll always assess before quoting either way.
If nothing else has worked, this is usually the step that finally does. Call (928) 427-2477 for an honest assessment of what your yard actually needs.
